First-ever export batch of Russian apple saplings to India.
In March 2025 we prepared the first export batch of apple saplings for India — 100,000 trees. No Russian nursery had done it before, neither in modern Russia nor during the USSR. "If that's true, we're the first," said Governor Vladimir Vladimirov. By January 2026 total exported volume reached 300,000 saplings across several batches, with contracts signed with Indian buyers for 2025–2027 — between 500,000 and 1,000,000 saplings a year.
